1. Who we are
Stylo is a personal fashion app that lets users manage their wardrobe, view personalized looks and get styling recommendations. The app is operated by Daniel Asayag and Adi Alon.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Email address and account details (at sign-up)
- Gender, body type and skin tone (to match the look images)
- Photos of clothing items you took and uploaded to the app
- Your photo (optional): if you choose to use the "Personal Avatar" feature, you can upload a photo of yourself. We keep it only to generate your looks on your own body. The photo is not used for biometric identification, is not shared with other users, and can be deleted at any time from the Profile screen
- Fashion preferences and looks you marked as favorites
- Purchase and subscription history (when purchasing through the app stores)
Information collected automatically
- App usage data (screens you visited, actions you took)
- Approximate geographic location, through the browser only, for the weather forecast, and only if you granted permission
- Device type and operating system
AI-generated images
The app generates fashion look images using an external AI service. The generated images are stored in your account and linked to your clothing items.
3. How we use the information
- To operate the app and provide the service: generating looks, weekly planning, recommendations
- To personalize the styling experience by body type and skin tone
- To improve the app and the quality of the AI results
- To send updates and service communications (no advertising without consent)
- To comply with legal requirements and enforce the Terms of Service
4. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell your information. Sharing is limited to the following cases:
- Base44: the development platform the app runs on, including data storage and authentication
- AI image generation service: your clothing images are sent to an AI service to generate looks; the service runs through the base44 platform and is based on Google technology
- Google: if you chose to sign in with a Google account
- RevenueCat + Google Play / App Store: for processing subscriptions and purchases (purchase history)
- Google AdMob: showing ads to free-tier users in the app version (advertising ID)
- Weather service: approximate location (city) for the forecast, without identifying details
- Fashion stores (where a purchase is offered through the app): the purchase and payment take place on the store's own website; your payment details (credit card, digital wallet) are given directly to the store, do not pass through us and are not stored by us
All of the above providers are required to keep the information secure.
5. Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure servers. Clothing images and AI looks are stored in your account only and are not accessible to other users. We take reasonable security measures to protect the information, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When the account is deleted, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except information we are required to keep for legal reasons.
7. Your rights
You have the right:
- To access the information we hold about you
- To correct inaccurate information
- To request deletion of your information
- To withdraw consent to the use of your information at any time
- To receive a copy of your information

8. Cookies and identifiers
The app uses localStorage to store local information (such as a login token and app settings). In the mobile app version we use Google AdMob to show ads to free-tier users, which may use the device's Advertising ID. Paid subscribers do not see ads.
8a. Ads and consent
We show ads through Google AdMob in the app's free tier. In the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom you will see a consent screen before personalized ads are shown; you can choose non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
9. Children's privacy
The app is intended for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we delete it immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
