Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

Using the Stylo app (the "App") constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the App. The App is operated by Daniel Asayag and Adi Alon ("we").

2. Description of the service

Stylo is a personal styling app that offers a digital wardrobe, AI-generated fashion looks, weekly outfit planning and styling recommendations.

3. User account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. STYLO coins and STYLO PRO coins

• STYLO coins are used to scan items and to generate looks with artificial intelligence
• Each look generation costs 10 STYLO coins
• A STYLO PRO coin is additionally required when the personal stylist is the one who picks the look and explains the choice, in chat or when creating from the gallery
• Coins that have been used are non-refundable, even if the result is unsatisfactory
• Free-tier benefits, including welcome coins at sign-up, monthly coins, bonuses for watching ads, introductory STYLO PRO coins and suitcases, are granted at our sole discretion, do not constitute a commitment, and we may change, reduce or discontinue them at any time without prior notice
• Coins are not transferable between users
• Coins reset every month according to the plan and do not carry over from month to month

4a. Subscriptions and refunds

• Premium and Max subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled
• Cancellation is done through subscription management in Google Play or the App Store, and the benefits remain until the end of the paid period
• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play / the App Store and are subject to their refund policies and to consumer rights under applicable law (including Israeli consumer protection law and the right of withdrawal in the European Union)
• STYLO coins that have been used are non-refundable

5. Content uploaded by users

• You retain ownership of the images you upload to the App
• By uploading images, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of operating the service
• Uploading offensive, sexual, copyright-infringing or illegal content is prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove content that does not comply with these terms

6. AI-generated content

• Fashion looks are generated using external AI services
• Stylo is based on artificial intelligence and may make mistakes, including slight changes to items, color deviations or details that do not match the original item. AI results are not guaranteed and we make no commitment to any particular quality
• A defective look can be reported through the App. The decision to grant a coin credit for a defective look is made by the App team at its sole discretion, and the customer shall have no claim or demand in this regard
• The generated images are for personal use only
• The generated images may not be used for commercial purposes without our express permission

6a. Personal photo (dressing your own photo)

• Uploading a personal body photo is entirely voluntary; you can always choose the AI model track instead
• By uploading a personal photo you authorize us to process it with artificial intelligence services to create looks on your figure, including creating derivative processed versions of the photo required for the process
• The photo and the looks created from it are used solely for your account; they are not shared with other users and are not used to train models
• You can replace the photo or return to the AI model track at any time through the Profile
• Deleting the account also deletes the personal photo and all of its derivatives
• You may upload only a photo of yourself; uploading a photo of another person requires their express consent, and uploading a photo of a minor under 13 is prohibited
• As detailed in section 6, AI processing may also make mistakes in rendering the figure (proportions, tone, details), and its results are not guaranteed

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the App, including code, design, logo and original content, are reserved to Daniel Asayag and Adi Alon. No part of the App may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App, including data loss, unsatisfactory AI results or service interruptions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9a. Purchases from third-party stores

Where the App offers access to purchase items from fashion stores (Stylo's or third parties'), the App acts solely as an intermediary and link between the user and the store: the purchase itself takes place on the store's website, with the store, and under that store's terms and policies.

Stylo is not a party to the purchase transaction and is not responsible, in any way, for the products sold, including product quality, conformity to the description or image, price, stock availability, shipping and delivery times, cancellations, returns and refunds. Any claim in these matters shall be directed to the relevant store. Rendering a store item on your body using AI is an illustration only and does not constitute a commitment as to the actual appearance of the product (see section 6).

Disclosure: Stylo may receive a commission or other compensation from stores for purchases made through the App. The price you pay the store does not change because of this.

10. Account termination and discontinuation of the service

We reserve the right to close an account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You can request account deletion at any time via styloappsupport@gmail.com

The company may discontinue the App or the service, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion. In the event of a complete discontinuation, paid subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance, their recurring billing will stop, and their benefits will remain until the end of the paid period. Users shall have no claim or demand in connection with the discontinuation of the service beyond what is stated in this section.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be heard in the competent courts in Israel.
